RETURNS
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right, hello@poppunks.com
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Anything that has been worn
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about an item, contact us before purchasing.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU ORDERS (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
